Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's development strategy and market demand, formulate market planning and sales targets and break them down;
2. Build a combative testing sales team and lead the team to achieve sales targets;
3. Collect and feedback industry and customer information in a timely manner to provide support for the company's marketing strategy formulation, and formulate targeted action plans and management plans;
4. Responsible for the development, follow-up and maintenance of key customers;
5. Budget and control of sales expenses;

job requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Have excellent business ability, leadership ability and team management ability;
3. 2 years or more of sales experience in the testing industry, and more than 1 year of sales team management experience in the testing industry;
4. Goal-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, able to endure hardships and stand hard work, have integrity, be able to face pressure and adapt to challenges, and be able to travel on business.
Job Responsibilities:

3. Responsible for making appointments with customers over the phone;
